As a touring Alphorn artist, one question I get asked a lot is: “How do you travel/fly with that thing?”. My usual answer is: “With great difficulty!” However, the schlep just got a little easier, thanks to this custom flight case from Vancouver’s own @dinosaurcases. Doug Peel designed this extraordinarily light, sturdy, and well-thought-out case for me: top-loading, hinged lip with recessed latches, recessed handles, wheels, and high-density foam. The Alphorn goes inside a padded gig bag, which loads directly into the case. There is some extra room for clothes, accessories, and personal items, and the whole thing weighs less than 35lb fully loaded. Can’t wait to take this thing on the road! Thanks, Doug 🙂
